2. Schedule Your Reservation
After receiving your quote, you have to options to making your reservation. You can make your reservation using the link provided to you in your quote email. Or you can call your route coordinator or 1-877-290-0930 to schedule your pick up. We recommend you give a 2-3-day window for pick up. Though many times we can accommodate same or next day pick up. Once the dates have been confirmed we send you and order form or formal contract for you to sign simply stating the terms and conditions and that you are authorizing Elite Auto Shipper to pick up and deliver your car.
3. We Assign Your Driver
After we receive your signed contract our knowledgeable team can start to assign your driver. This process can take anywhere between minutes or a day from after you sign the contract. Depending on availability and first available pick up date. Once your driver is assigned we will email you a Dispatch Notification to let you know your carrier is confirmed and all is good.
4. Transportation of Vehicle
Our experienced transporters will arrive at your location to pick-up your car. Before your car is loaded, our representative will perform an initial inspection of your car to assess its current condition prior to transport. We encourage all customers to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle.
Your vehicle will be transported and delivered to your specified location. We will contact you 1 to several hours in advance prior to delivery to notify you of the exact time of drop-off. Upon arrival, our transport representative will perform a final inspection of your vehicle to ensure that no damages occurred during transit. You or someone on your behalf should be present during this final inspection to sign the condition report – bill of lading.
